The lake was dugout by Randy himself and Debbie carefully tends to the landscaping that allows the buildings to seamlessly transition to Stone Villa's outdoor entertainment space. They are installed inside storm drains and tanked by us as part of the installation. The new management is in the early planning phases of making improvements. The cast stone cellars are suited to new builds and large extensions. All of the masonry work was completed by Randy’s father Jimmy Paul. Round Tops Stone Cellar has sold to a local family with Houston restaurant roots. The buildings were all constructed with careful attention to detail and designed to compliment the natural landscape. A favorite memory of Randy's includes picking dandelions for his grandmother (for just a nickel per jar!) who would then turn them into dandelion wine.
